Food for the Soul Anime Launches Original Boil-in-the-Bag Curry

by Hazel

The official website for the spring 2025 anime Food for the Soul has announced the release of an original boil-in-the-bag curry inspired by the series. This product is based on the curry created by the Food Culture Research Club in episode 9, titled “Let’s Try Running a Stall!” To make it more accessible, the game meat featured in the anime was replaced with beef.

The curry is available for purchase in limited quantities on the Aniplex Online Store for 1,000 yen (about 7 USD). Each order includes a bonus Instax-style character illustration card, randomly selected from five designs. Orders are open from 1 a.m. JST on June 7 until 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2025. Shipping will begin in August.
