The hit anime series DAN DA DAN returns with a special cinema event, DAN DA DAN: EVIL EYE, celebrating the start of its highly anticipated second season. Following the global success of its first season, which concluded in December 2024, the series will debut its new arc on the big screen for one night only on Friday, June 6, 2025, across cinemas in the UK and Ireland.
The EVIL EYE event will feature:
- A recap of the first season’s final episode, which introduced the Evil Eye arc.
- The first three episodes of Season 2.

Based on the manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, DAN DA DAN is a genre-blending mix of supernatural action, sci-fi, comedy, romance, and horror. Serialized in Shonen Jump Plus by Shueisha, the manga has surpassed 10 million copies in circulation, doubling its sales after the anime’s global breakout in 2024.

About the EVIL EYE Arc
In DAN DA DAN: EVIL EYE, high schooler Momo, a descendant of spirit mediums, and her eccentric classmate Okarun travel to a mysterious hot springs town. There, they investigate strange happenings at a house rented by Jiji, Momo’s childhood friend and former crush. Their paranormal adventure soon spirals out of control as they encounter eerie locals and supernatural phenomena beyond their imagination.
