Based on the manga spinoff of Kōhei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia, Vigilantes takes place before the events of the main series. The story centers on Koichi Haimawari, an ordinary young man who, despite not qualifying as a licensed hero, uses his modest Quirk to help others. His life changes after he encounters street thugs and unexpectedly forms a team with two other unlikely heroes—Pop☆Step and Knuckleduster.
While the trio lacks professional training, they share a strong sense of justice. But they soon realize that taking on evil forces requires more than just good intentions—it takes skill, teamwork, and perseverance.
