During IGN Fan Fest 2025, a new trailer for Fire Force Season 3 Cour 1 was revealed, confirming its premiere date on April 4, 2025. The second cour will follow in January 2026. Voice actor Gakuto Kajiwara, who voices the protagonist Shinra Kusakabe, introduced the trailer, highlighting the increased humor and “incredible” action in the upcoming season.
The new opening song will be performed by Queen Bee, while David Production returns to animate the series. Crunchyroll will stream Fire Force in multiple regions, including North America, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the CIS countries. The anime is based on Atsushi Ohkubo’s manga, serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2015 to 2022, and has sold over 20 million copies.
Tatsuma Minamikawa will direct Season 3, with Sei Tsuguta handling the series composition and script. The production team also includes Hideyuki Morioka for character design, Mika Yamamoto for sub-character design, and chief animation directors Yumenosuke Tokuda, Yoshihiro Yoshioka, and Mariko Kubo.
