The Precure franchise is marking its 20th anniversary in style with a new fashion collaboration celebrating the original magical girl duo. Starting this week, clothing brand earth music & ecology is releasing a special collection through its Japan Label, inspired by Futari wa Precure’s iconic heroines—Nagisa (Cure Black) and Honoka (Cure White).
The limited-time collection draws directly from the characters’ signature colors and costume designs. Fans can choose from a range of apparel in black and pink or white and blue, reflecting Cure Black and Cure White’s classic looks. Items include tank tops, skirts, cardigans, and a unique ruffled piece that doubles as either a wrap skirt or an overshirt.
Accessories are also part of the collection, including necklaces, earrings, hair clips, and a shoulder bag modeled after the Card Commune pouch worn by the characters in the series.
Orders will be accepted from May 23 through June 9. As a bonus, customers who spend over 7,000 yen will receive a special postcard featuring new artwork of Nagisa and Honoka dressed in the collab’s modern fashion.
The Precure franchise began in 2004 and has since grown into a multimedia phenomenon with multiple series, films, games, and stage shows. Fans can catch up on the series—including the latest installment, You and Idol Precure—through streaming platform Crunchyroll.
