The trailer also features the ending theme, “Hoko,” performed by Tomonari Sora.
Season 6 will continue to depict the escalating war between the states of Qin and Zhao, pushing the characters into a new phase of intense conflict.
Kenichi Imaizumi returns as director, with animation handled by Studio Pierrot and Studio Signpost. The series composition is by Noboru Takagi, character designs by Hisashi Abe, and music composed by Hiroyuki Sawano and KOHTA YAMAMOTO. The anime is based on the manga created by Yasuhisa Hara.
The first five seasons of Kingdom are currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll, which describes the story as follows:
In a nation torn by war, a nameless boy, Xin, and a young king, Zheng, strive to shape the future. Xin proves himself as a soldier and dreams of becoming a Great General. Though they start off at odds, he and Zheng grow into powerful allies. Together, they aim to unify the warring states under Qin and change the course of history.
Season 6 promises to carry that legacy forward with greater stakes and deeper battles.
