The official website for the THE IDOLM@STER Million Live! anime series revealed on March 5 that a new OVA episode is currently in production.
Key staff from the original TV series, including director Shinya Watada, scriptwriter Yoichi Kato, and the production company Shirogumi, are returning to create a fresh story centered on the idols of 765 Production. A release date for the new OVA has not been announced yet.
The franchise’s official YouTube channel has released an announcement trailer for the upcoming episode.
THE IDOLM@STER Million Live! is part of Namco Bandai Entertainment’s extensive idol-themed multimedia franchise, which first launched its game in February 2013. The anime adaptation aired 12 episodes from October to December 2023 and is currently available for streaming on Crunchyroll in regions including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the CIS.
