Please Put Them On, Takamine-san, a quirky anime about a time-looping honor student and a boy caught in an unusual situation, has unveiled creditless versions of both its opening and ending movies. This release comes as part of the celebration for the anime’s premiere.
Directed by Tomoe Makino (Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) at studio LIDEN FILMS, the series features Yu Sato (TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You) as the scriptwriter and series composer. Ryo Yamauchi and Maya Ito handle the character designs and chief animation direction, while music is composed by Takeshi Nakatsuka (My Dress-Up Darling). The anime is based on the manga by Yuichi Hiiragi, with Yen Press releasing an official English version of the series.
Crunchyroll is currently streaming Please Put Them On, Takamine-san, describing the plot as follows:
Takane Takamine, the student council president, holds the highest status at her school. In contrast, Koushi Shirota is a student with few friends. Their lives change when Shirota discovers that Takamine can rewind time by changing her lingerie. She then forces him into a peculiar role—becoming her “closet” and supplying her with fresh underwear whenever needed.
